Job Summary

Create and finish high-impact photo, video, audio, and animation assets that support Netflix publicity campaigns across titles. Partner with the Title Lead and regional PR/marketing/social teams to develop campaign visuals throughout each project’s lifecycle. Oversee photographers and video crews, manage asset servicing, monitor digital and social trends, and handle budgets and contracts while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Title Lead to create creative materials and develop publicity campaign strategy per title across its lifecycle.
•Create and oversee finishing of assets across AV, photo, audio, and animation.
•Support creative brainstorming and a slate of projects including series, films, documentaries, docu-series, and comedy specials.
•Drive communication with regional PR counterparts and marketing/social teams.
•Hire and oversee unit photographers and video crews; manage asset management/servicing, premiere/event photo needs, digital trends, and budgets/contracts.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of work experience creating visual assets, managing high-volume, complex projects across multiple teams.
•Strong understanding of the photography/video industry, including digital file specs and size formats.
•Strong eye for producing visual assets and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
•Good knowledge of copyright laws, usage licenses, and embargoes.
•Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication.
