Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain compensation data schemas, pipeline requirements, and unified data models to enable AI-enabled workflows and internal tools to query compensation data seamlessly
  • •Own the compensation tech stack including HRIS/ATS/equity platform integrations, security, and permissioning standards
  • •Design and implement AI-enabled workflows for offers, merit, promotions, and market adjustments with human-in-the-loop validation for bias, accuracy, and logic
  • •Define compensation strategy across cash and equity; establish salary bands, leveling frameworks, and equity structures; ensure market competitiveness
  • •Operate compensation planning cycles and generate first-pass recommendations; build dashboards and analytics covering market competitiveness, internal equity, retention risk, and workforce cost
