Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee execution of TACCOM engineering, modernization, operations, and maintenance projects.
  • •Support planning, scheduling, staffing, and coordination of multiple large-scale technical efforts.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for ICE regarding system planning, design, execution, services, status, and issue resolution.
  • •Maintain project schedules, dashboards, performance measures, action-item trackers, and risk and issue logs; prepare recurring status reports and executive briefings.
  • •Coordinate across technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and government stakeholders, ensuring documentation follows ISO 9001, PMI, ITIL, DHS SELC, and other requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of project management experience and demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, staff, and coordinate large-scale technical projects.
  • •Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop program dashboards, schedules, reports, and executive-level briefings.
  • •Specific knowledge of tactical communications system implementation, including deploying P25 digital, encrypted, interoperable tactical communications systems for federal law enforcement.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain the suitability determination required for work on ICE systems and facilities.
