Energy Services Senior Project Developer

Support turnkey design-build and energy performance contracting projects for an ESCO, working with internal teams and customers to develop scopes, cost estimates, and proposal materials. Develop HVAC system solutions using Trane equipment and controls, validate design-build/ESPC processes, and support acquisition and customer satisfaction. Manage design work from conceptual site plans through construction documents, including technical support for strategic job acquisition teams.
