Key Responsibilities

  • •Support account managers with installation budgets and RFQs, including scopes, milestone dates, specs, and permitting/bonding requirements.
  • •Provide key technical support on strategic job acquisition teams to pursue Trane business.
  • •Manage design from conceptual site plans and preliminary engineering documents through construction documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field or Business.
  • •Working knowledge of cost and savings studies using energy conservation measures (ECMs).
  • •Working knowledge of energy rebate programs, utility tariffs, and utility bill analysis.
  • •Ability to audit mechanical and building systems and recommend improvements.
  • •Proficiency with Visio, AutoCAD and/or other design software; knowledge of computerized energy simulation tools is a plus.
