Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance employee experience by helping design, develop, and execute activities and events that support an inclusive workplace culture.
  • •Coordinate and support the internship recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
  • •Drive HR process improvement by analyzing, mapping, and optimizing HR workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Develop and implement automation solutions, including RPA and Power BI dashboards, to streamline reporting and deliver actionable insights.
  • •Analyze HR data to identify trends and generate insights to support continuous improvement of HR strategies and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field with a strong interest in HR.

  • •Proficient in Excel to perform data analysis.
  • •AI skills (e.g., Power BI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) are an advantage.
