Job Summary

Join the People & Culture team to support employee lifecycle initiatives and improve HR workflows. You’ll help plan inclusive events, assist with internship recruitment, analyze HR data for trends and insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

•Enhance employee experience by helping design, develop, and execute activities and events that support an inclusive workplace culture.
•Coordinate and support the internship recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
•Drive HR process improvement by analyzing, mapping, and optimizing HR workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
•Develop and implement automation solutions, including RPA and Power BI dashboards, to streamline reporting and deliver actionable insights.
•Analyze HR data to identify trends and generate insights to support continuous improvement of HR strategies and practices.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field with a strong interest in HR.
•Available to commit at least 3 days per week over a 6-month period.
•Proficient in Canva to create visually appealing content.
•Proficient in Excel to perform data analysis.
•AI skills (e.g., Power BI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) are an advantage.
