Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate Quickly: QC dentures and night guards to fabricate high-grade dental products in a fast-paced environment, following detailed specifications from the order form and double-checking work against expectations
  • •Drive Improvements: Provide firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality products
  • •Problem Solve: Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment and/or technology issues in a large-scale, fast-paced dental lab
  • •Quality Adherence: Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., polishing protocols) and lead by example
  • •Collaborate: Work with team members to identify and address bottlenecks
