Job Summary

Drive commercial banking results for middle-market clients by building a strategic client acquisition pipeline and expanding relationships across lending, deposits, PxV, and Commercial Card spend. Provide disciplined client coverage, partner across the firm to manage deals from inception to close, stay current on products and regulations, and manage credit and other risks while meeting sales production goals using reports and data systems.

•Build a strategic client acquisition pipeline to deepen and expand your portfolio and grow the bank’s market presence.
•Provide disciplined client coverage by understanding client strategic/financial objectives and delivering optimal client solutions with best-in-class experiences.
•Partner across the firm to identify opportunities and oversee/manage deals from inception to close.
•Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients by identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
•Self-manage pipeline and sales production using reports, data, and systems.

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge of banking products and services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess prospect/client needs.
•Formal Credit Training (Commercial Credit Certification) or equivalent underwriting experience is critical for success.
•Self-starter who can exceed calling metrics and production goals.
