Service Finance Account Manager

Manage and retain Service Finance dealer relationships by owning each dealer’s daily pipeline and delivering high-quality customer service. Communicate clearly with dealers through verbal and written channels, using enterprise sales management systems to maintain accurate dealer and sales information. Apply sales training, scripts, and retention strategies, and act as a liaison with other Service Finance departments. Train dealers on program and procedure updates.
