Key Responsibilities

  • •Service and retain Service Finance dealer relationships by managing the daily pipeline.
  • •Provide high level of customer service with friendly, courteous, accurate communication (verbal and written).
  • •Use enterprise sales management systems to document dealer information such as contacts and finance volume.
  • •Apply company sales training, scripts, and strategy to retain performing dealers.
  • •Update and train dealers on changes to procedures or programs, and act as a liaison between departments.
