Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high-quality customer service and ensure a seamless experience at all contact points.
  • •Perform airport duties supporting daily operations across check-in & security, gates, transfer, and arrivals (where applicable).
  • •Carry out security functions involving passenger document checks and passenger screening at check-in and departure gates (where applicable).
  • •Search/observe operational areas and passengers and escort passengers as needed.
  • •Complete relevant administrative duties (pre-flight and post-flight departure) and represent American Airlines while promoting services and products.

Key Requirements

  • •Have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus with face-to-face customer interaction.
  • •Resolve conflicts within time constraints and handle stress effectively with minimal supervision.
  • •Communicate in both written and verbally in English and German.
  • •Be willing and able to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank and public holidays) and be reliable and punctual.
  • •Comply with American Airlines policies and be prepared to attend training in the USA and Europe and complete relevant training.
