Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project team and monitor progress, reporting to Wood and the Client on avances, desviaciones and correcciones.
  • •Oversee design of the concentraducto, conduct constructibility analysis, and support CAPEX development.
  • •Manage project progression from our Santiago offices with a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • •Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Civil, Hydraulic, Mechanical or Industrial engineering degree
  • •Extensive project management experience in multidisciplinary engineering in large-scale mining (15+ years, mandatory)
  • •Administration or coordination of 5 mining concentrate/tailings transport projects (mandatory)
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and constructive communication
  • •Strong negotiation skills and ability to win-win in stakeholder management
