Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute due diligence under the AGCS Underwriting Delegated Authority Functional Rule to ensure delegated authority relationships are assessed, supervised, and audit-ready.
  • •Review binding authority documentation and ensure alignment with AGCS risk and compliance frameworks; monitor BAU supervision and internal/external audit processes.
  • •Represent Delegated Authority Business across internal and external committees and working groups, advising stakeholders on required actions.
  • •Use OneView to maintain records of facility contracts and partners, due diligence and audit activity, and track breaches with appropriate escalation.
  • •Contribute to facility policy/procedure review and cross-team projects, analyze facility partner MI, and deliver governance reporting updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience working in a Delegated Authority Governance role.
