Float Personal Banker I- Los Altos

Provide excellent customer care for daily banking transactions by answering questions, resolving issues, and following bank policies. Refer customers to the appropriate business partners for products and services discovered during interactions, while tracking referral outcomes and reviewing dashboards. Maintain confidentiality, uphold ethics and conduct standards, support day-to-day office operations with the platform team, and take responsibility for cash handling, balancing, and risk management. Travel between financial centers within the market is expected.
