Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
  • •Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol; enforce safety rules to minimize accidents.
  • •Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance and evaluate performance, including disciplinary measures as needed.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications and support HSE initiatives, incident reporting, and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience (3 years relevant experience).
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another engineering discipline.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction principles, structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints; familiarity with construction software/tools.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus HSE and QA/QC competence.
