Key Responsibilities

  • •Process payroll for a growing client base using applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • •Pull new-hire import and time-sheet imports and ensure accurate, timely employee payments.
  • •Calculate pay for status changes, new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminated employees’ final pay.
  • •Troubleshoot payroll and HRIS issues, resolve client discrepancies, and respond to payroll/HRIS inquiries.
  • •Maintain HRIS modules and generate reports for compliance and audits, including off-cycle payrolls and manual checks as needed.
