Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage the third-party report process, including bids, memos, scheduling, and tracking status and due dates.
  • •Maintain loan system of record (Salesforce) for underwriting and closing, and deliver loan documents and data to agencies.
  • •Support compliance and audit reviews by fulfilling data requests, leading walkthroughs, remediating issues, and designing new controls and documentation.
  • •Lead projects end-to-end, including scoping, coordinating stakeholders, planning, and tracking progress.
  • •Optimize processes through standardization, digitization, automation, AI-driven reconciliation, and improved workflow procedures and job aids.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,900 - 124,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in Process, Program or Project Management.
  • •Preferred: 5+ years of Process, Program or Project Management.
  • •5+ years of banking experience working in loan administrative function.
  • •Experience with AI/LLMs and prompt engineering, plus advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
