Key Responsibilities

•Perform teller functions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies, standards, and security procedures.
•Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers between accounts, and cash checks/negotiable instruments.
•Verify and balance cash daily; detect, resolve, and document discrepancies promptly.
•Operate the online teller terminal while maintaining privacy of customer information and providing courteous service.
•Sell and cross-sell bank products and services; complete reports/records and assist with training/orientation and related clerical and night-drop duties.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•Understanding of bank operations preferred.
•At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred; previous teller experience preferred.
•Ability to follow teller procedures and compliance requirements, including required training and adherence to security procedures.
•Good communication skills, professional appearance/attitude, good math and typing skills, and ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
