Job Summary

Own Legal & Governance for ADEUS within the Allianz Group, continuously shaping the function’s strategy. Advise management and business teams on legal matters, including laws and contracts, and help implement Allianz Group policies and governance requirements. Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with customers and service providers, support tenders, monitor regulatory changes, and run training to sensitize employees. Contribute to projects spanning digitization of shareholder meetings and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Legal & Governance for ADEUS.
•Actively advise ADEUS management and employees on legal matters, including laws and contracts.
•Coordinate with the Allianz Group Legal Community and collaborate with finance, data protection & compliance, Allianz SE, customers, and service providers.
•Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, provide legal support for tenders, and manage contracts.
•Implement Allianz Group policies and systems, monitor and implement legal/regulatory changes, and run employee training and sensitization.

Key Requirements

•Completed law degree (juristisches Studium) with first and second state examination (juristisches Staatsexamen).
•Strong analytical skills, self-responsibility, motivation, and resilience.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Experience and knowledge in contract law and IT law (advantage).
•Negotiation-proficient German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
