Job Summary

Lead a team of data architects to design and implement data architecture solutions aligned with business goals and technology strategy. Define and communicate the strategic vision for data architecture, including governance, integration, modeling, and data management. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into scalable designs, ensure data integrity and security, and drive adoption of standards and best practices while mentoring the team and evaluating new tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support a team of data architects in designing and implementing data architecture solutions aligned to business objectives and industry best practices.
•Define and communicate the strategic vision for data architecture across governance, data integration, data modeling, and data management.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and turn them into actionable data architecture designs.
•Establish data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data protection measures to ensure data integrity and security.
•Provide guidance and mentorship, and stay current on emerging data technologies to evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Provide leadership to support and inspire a team of data architects, communicating the data architecture vision and driving excellence.
•Demonstrate deep expertise in data architecture, including data modeling, integration, and data management, to design scalable solutions for business needs.
•Translate complex data architecture concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence alignment to data architecture strategies.
•Use strong consulting skills to guide cross-functional teams, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data architecture excellence.
•Apply knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data protection measures, including familiarity with data modeling and ETL/data integration technologies.
