Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and review GC, PMC, and sub-vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.
  • •Conduct site inspections and call out deviations, delays, and quality issues to client management.
  • •Review and validate engineering deliverables including P&IDs, PFDs, equipment sizing calculations, data sheets, and technical specifications.
  • •Plan and supervise HVAC and Process Utility execution across multiple work fronts, including sequencing, resource allocation, and contractor mobilization.
  • •Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning (functional testing, performance validation), manage punch list closure, and ensure timely client handover with proper documentation.
