Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of property tax compliance, including preparation, review, and filing of returns for real and personal property.
  • •Coordinate assessment, valuation, and appeals to minimize tax liabilities, including handling franchise tax returns for NVIDIA and affiliated entities.
  • •Lead property tax audits by responding to notices and resolving disputes with taxing authorities.
  • •Apply SAP systems to manage tax data, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements.
  • •Prepare tax forecasts, budgets, payments, and accruals for financial reporting, and coordinate Form 720 and annual FBAR reporting processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • •8+ years of property tax experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • •Practical knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, RE, or tax-related modules) to manage and improve tax processes.
  • •Strong understanding of property tax regulations, compliance requirements, and valuation techniques.
  • •Experience managing large volumes of tax data and reporting within ERP systems.
