Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain the health of Cisco unified communications systems 24/7 as part of a scheduled roster.
  • •Provide Level 2 remote technical support for Cisco UC products and services to end users via ITSM tickets.
  • •Isolate problems, fix or escalate to the next level and ensure timely updates with stakeholders.
  • •Work with Cisco TAC and other vendors/service providers until resolution of issues.
  • •Participate in change and release management activities including planning, testing, and implementing changes to Cisco UC environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Cisco Collaboration Level 2 Support Engineer with minimum 4 years of experience
  • •Experience troubleshooting Cisco UC products such as CUCM, CUC, IM&P, Voice Gateways, and Expressway
  • •Strong knowledge of voice protocols (SIP, MGCP, SSCP, H.323, RTP, RTCP) and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TFTP)
  • •Experience with monitoring/troubleshooting tools like RTMT and related Cisco diagnostics
  • •CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Voice (preferred)
