Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product, technical vision, and architecture for the Retail & CPG platform, leveraging existing blueprints and workflows.
  • •Develop platform strategy across supply chain, stores, and e-commerce to enable AI solutions at scale.
  • •Architect and build systems hands-on, using NVIDIA Retail/Agentic Commerce and supply-chain blueprints plus hyper-personalization and optimization components.
  • •Create reusable reference architectures for industry adoption and deliver production-ready systems with focus on latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
  • •Ensure reliability via monitoring/evaluation and fallback strategies; present the platform to ISVs, GSIs, and customers and contribute to technical thought leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 379,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in computer science or electrical engineering.
  • •15+ years of experience in high-growth tech, or building AI and agentic solutions for a major Retailer.
  • •Proven ability to write code and ship systems; experience developing AI agents is required.
  • •Developer expertise in AI systems, including LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
  • •Strong understanding of data pipelines, embeddings, and systems architecture (plus distributed systems, APIs, and microservices).
