Key Responsibilities

  • •Define Ops strategic vision on Company topics and drive alignment on priorities to turn the vision into reality
  • •Own and implement strategic projects (e.g., launch of new insurance products, internalisation of processes) and identify improvements through automation and process optimization
  • •Monitor, run, and scale daily business operations and ensure operational efficiency
  • •Supervise and grow the team of operators/health professionals and manage external partnerships (teleconsultations, etc.)
  • •Coach and mentor team members, shaping how the team works and ensuring continuous development

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
