Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake detailed cost analysis and reporting, breaking down cost summaries and comparing actuals vs forecast to identify variances and assess contractual compliance.
  • •Deliver cost intelligence by embedding cost analytics into ways of working through implementation of cost analytics tools and processes.
  • •Provide cost estimating and assurance for projects across the project lifecycle using benchmarking and parametric scaling to drive efficiencies.
  • •Support a centralized Program Management Office structure by collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • •Perform knowledge management by transferring key information and learning internally, and support SOX controls where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • •Chartered status with AIQS or RICS (or equivalent recognized body).
  • •3+ years of cost analyst and/or cost management experience, preferably in private practice or construction.
  • •Strong attention to detail to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • •Good knowledge of procurement methods and value engineering, plus advanced Microsoft Office skills; preferred software includes CostX, Expert Estimation, PowerBI, and SAP.
