Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead country-specific operations for the Central Approvals Team as a subject matter expert.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end compliance review and approval of financial promotion content throughout its lifecycle.
  • •Review marketing materials for clarity, accuracy, compliance, alignment to policies and Global Compliance Standards, and consistency with Treating Customers Fairly principles.
  • •Maintain disclaimer/disclosure libraries and Global Compliance Checklists with clear, timely guidance to stakeholders.
  • •Conduct oversight and monitoring (including quarterly quality checks), produce governance management information, and embed lessons learned to strengthen the control environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or a related field.
  • •Experience working with Regulatory Compliance professionals and responding to regulatory information requests.
  • •Strong experience in asset management compliance focused on financial promotion content, with strong attention to detail.
  • •Understanding of regulatory requirements for financial promotions in the asset management industry and ability to interpret and apply them to marketing content.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple teams and stakeholders, including independently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
