Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discrete workstreams on restructuring and insolvency assignments.
  • •Produce high-quality client deliverables that inform key decisions.

  • •Assist with producing reports and information memorandums for restructuring and refinance transactions.
  • •Work directly with management teams and stakeholders to gather and challenge information.

Key Requirements
