Job Summary

Build and scale ByteDance’s Data Management Suite, including a unified data development platform, efficient distributed state and metadata synchronization, and a high-performance distributed scheduling system. •Design and implement a unified data development platform for improving data producer efficiency, including intelligence IDE, workflow management, and multiple engine integration.
•Manage distributed states and synchronize metadata between centralized systems and global regions.
•Design and develop a high-performance distributed scheduling system for large-scale tasks across business lines.
•Collaborate with partner teams across the company worldwide.
•Design and develop integrations with other big data systems.

Key Requirements

•Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Familiarity with at least one backend language such as Java, Go, or Python.
•Strong experience in software development and data structures/algorithms.
•Experience with design and architecture, testing, and launching software products.
•Familiarity with web frameworks such as Spring Boot and/or big data technologies like Hadoop, Clickhouse, or Flink.
