Key Responsibilities

  • •Run end-to-end validation execution with on-schedule starts/completions, risk-aware re-plans, and efficient material usage.
  • •Own time-bound data pipelines for automated log parsing, metrics aggregation, anomaly ranking, and decision-ready reporting.
  • •Ensure validation flow coverage completeness, including Hot/Cold corners and boundary coverage with evidence-backed closure.
  • •Develop and debug test programs on ATEs (e.g., Advantest and in-house ATE) and align hardware configurations to test intent and throughput.
  • •Lead silicon debug and continuous improvement, including cycle-time optimization, DFMEA gap closure, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
  • •8+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering.
  • •At least 2 years of HBM validation experience.
  • •Develop test platform code in C/C++, Python, and APG (Algorithmic Pattern Generator).
  • •Strong expertise in ATE (e.g., Advantest/Teradyne) and Verilog simulation, plus analog and digital circuit understanding.
