Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate service resources by dispatching and assigning team members to projects.
  • •Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skills, and availability.
  • •Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician leadership to assign/dispatch Controls and HVAC technicians.
  • •Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
  • •Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward it to Project Administrators, and generate reports.

Key Requirements

  • •College or technical school certificate/degree with 3 years related experience and/or training, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years related experience and/or training.
  • •Excellent customer service skills and comfort on the phone with customers.
  • •Strong organization with the ability to multi-task and prioritize interruptions.
  • •Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows; familiarity with Energy Management Systems and HVAC/temperature controls is preferred.
