Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercialization and project delivery from a Supply Chain perspective, partnering with R&D, FSQA, Regulatory, Marketing, and PMO teams.
  • •Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing sourcing strategy in partnership with procurement, tracking project performance and mitigation plans.
  • •Own transformation and operational improvement initiatives to optimize total North America network solutions.
  • •Champion productivity and value engineering efforts to improve products, services, and processes while reducing waste.
  • •Coordinate capital requests and secure funding for capital engineering projects across internal and external facilities, owning delivery and cashflow perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business, Engineering, or Food Science.
  • •6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Research & Development (Food or Consumer Packaged Goods experience is an asset).
  • •Proven project management experience with a minimum of 3 years.
  • •Experience and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and Continuous Improvement methodology.
  • •Strong people management skills and strong communication across cross-functional teams.
