Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a joiner pipeline from Humaans into identity and access in Okta, triggering zero-touch laptop enrolment in Jamf.
  • •Create a Slack assistant backed by a coding agent to handle employee access and device requests, fixing or routing issues.
  • •Build an office hardware vending machine that dispenses chargers, dongles, headsets, and loan laptops based on employee identity, with automated stock reordering.
  • •Write scripts and infrastructure as code to configure devices, enforce security baselines, and produce compliance evidence.
  • •Implement an offboarding flow that revokes access everywhere, wipes and reclaims devices, and records the offboarding event immediately.

Key Requirements

  • •Write real code and automate with APIs and scripts (Python, Bash, or TypeScript).
  • •Think in systems across identity, access, data flows, and lifecycle.
  • •Use AI coding agents to build and ship internal tooling quickly.
  • •Care about security and doing things properly.
  • •Be comfortable working on-site in Edinburgh and hands-on with real hardware.
