Drive end-to-end commercial operations for the Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) business across North America, acting as the region’s execution engine. Lead Commercial Operation, S&OP, and Customer Care teams; translate global strategy into regional price/portfolio and market-share actions; ensure seamless integration across supply chain, commercial, and service to improve customer experience, growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the regional Commercial Operation team (Commercial, S&OP, Customer Care) to drive customer impact and business growth across end customer segments.
•Translate global commercial strategy into regional strategy, driving price/volume/portfolio decisions and execution to protect and grow market share.
•Provide input to global commercial strategy and price setting based on regional dynamics; improve price quotation governance and monitoring processes.
•Ensure consistent service levels and communication standards across segments, resolving customer issues holistically and embedding customer feedback loops into decisions.
•Match regional demand and supply through instruments to improve service and supply reliability while managing cost and working capital; own regional IBP demand management and premix strategy/process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,800 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of proven experience in international business-to-business commercial operations (Customer Service, Demand Planning, Pricing).
•Proven leadership capabilities managing large teams.
•Deep knowledge of market trends and ability to create and amend a fluid strategy.
•Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
