Job Summary

Manage and control day-to-day restaurant operations, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house staff, training, scheduling, and service delivery. •Manage the restaurant’s profit and loss, including achieving revenue and sales targets for both floors.
•Schedule service staff hours based on expected business and maintain attendance registers, escalating absenteeism to HR.
•Maintain health, hygiene, and fire life safety standards, including emergency exit and evacuation procedures.
