Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure FOH and BOH staff are familiar with the day’s requirements.
  • •Coordinate pre-opening activities to reach the opening date with full readiness across staffing, training, stocking, menu, budgets, marketing plan, and operations.
  • •Manage the restaurant’s profit and loss, including achieving revenue and sales targets for both floors.
