Forward Deployment Engineer acts as a technical consultant embedded with strategic customer accounts to translate complex business challenges into production-ready Agentic AI solutions. You’ll bridge sales and engineering, guide pre- and post-sales initiatives, influence product direction with field insights, and design multi-agent AI architectures that integrate with existing data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate ambiguous business objectives into clear, shippable Agentic AI-powered solutions by embedding with customer stakeholders and operational leaders.
•Serve as the deep technical authority during critical pre-sales evaluations and post-sales deployments, partnering with Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
•Synthesize customer pain points and field feedback to influence product roadmap and accelerate feature development.
•Guide customers on production-grade bot builds and integration to data connectors, orchestration logic, and full-stack systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
•Design and deploy multi-agent systems, architectures, and prompts that plug into CRMs, ERPs, and custom APIs via MCP framework.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in a high-impact, customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Consulting, high-touch Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical consulting for SaaS/AI products.
