Key Responsibilities

  • •Procure indirect materials, equipment, and services (e.g., MRO, facilities services, tooling, professional services, IT hardware/software, calibration, safety equipment).
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, scope statements, and service-level expectations before procurement.
  • •Evaluate suppliers, solicit and analyze competitive quotes, and execute sourcing decisions aligned with commodity strategies.
  • •Manage purchase requisitions, convert into orders, and monitor supplier performance for on-time delivery and service quality; escalate and mitigate risks proactively.
  • •Maintain ERP system data and coordinate with global financial service teams to resolve invoice holds, expedite payments, fix interface errors, and update supplier records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of supply chain experience in manufacturing, OR an Associates degree with 3 years, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years in manufacturing supply chain.
  • •Experience sourcing and procuring indirect materials, equipment, or services.
  • •Experience evaluating supplier capabilities, soliciting/analyzing quotes, and executing sourcing decisions aligned with commodity strategies.
  • •Ability to manage purchase requisitions and convert them into orders per purchasing procedures and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience maintaining ERP data for suppliers, pricing, lead times, and order status.
