Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose tool issues and carry out maintenance and repairs for customer tools.
  • •Perform related administrative tasks, including SAP registrations, price quotations, closing repair orders, and customer communication.
  • •Manage consumed spare parts, ensure correct invoicing, and provide feedback to customers.
  • •Follow safety, order & cleanliness, and environmental procedures and report any accidents/near-misses or hazardous situations.
  • •Collaborate with a team of about 20 technicians and report to the CRU supervisor/Repair Operations Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum A2/TSO diploma or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical direction.

  • •Ability to work independently, prioritize correctly, and handle pressure/stress.
