Key Responsibilities

  • •Sit with internal teams to understand problems, sharpen fuzzy needs, and prototype rapidly without a fixed spec.
  • •Build and iterate on AI-powered skills, workflows, and agents usable by non-technical users.
  • •Make engineering decisions on deployment choices and cost/latency tradeoffs, including how front-end tools connect to infrastructure.
  • •Debug issues in production and fix real user-facing failures.
  • •Stay with a workflow after launch until it’s measurable, and share reusable patterns across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong fundamentals in software engineering; can write correct, working code independently.
  • •Working knowledge of GenAI primitives (prompting, context engineering, MCP tool/function calling) with hands-on LLM tooling experience (e.g., Claude).
  • •Track record of shipping something real end-to-end (personal, academic, or internship project).
  • •Ability to break down ambiguous, unscoped problems and drive to a solution without a detailed spec.
  • •Basic grasp of cost/latency/security tradeoffs and full-stack literacy (front-end, backend/API, and data layer).
