  • •Supervise hourly employees performing production operations and administer rules, programs, and procedures for direct reports.
  • •Provide on-the-job training and instruction for new or reassigned employees, including backup operator training and required documentation.
  • •Promote and enforce safety rules and policies and ensure compliance with safety, quality, production standards, and work rules.
  • •Oversee production, quality, and performance; evaluate employees using the evaluation guidelines and complete required documentation.
  • •Monitor operations to report downtime/scrap/quality by machine and use problem-solving techniques to correct deviations.
