Key Responsibilities

•Lead project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration to deliver solutions on time, with quality, and on budget.
•Serve as primary client contact, ensuring risks or issues are mitigated and setting expectations for what is needed from the customer to be successful.
•Create, maintain, and own standard project deliverables (status decks, milestone kickoff decks, project plans, burn reports, RAID logs, build progress trackers, etc.) and enforce project standards.
•Manage timelines, budget, and scope deliverables as documented in the SOW; accurately communicate and report project status to reflect risks or issues that may impact schedule, budget, or quality.
•Proactively identify and manage project risks; escalate and work to resolve major risks and issues so a mitigation plan can be developed.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in project management.
•Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience.
•Project management experience with software or custom development implementations, ideally in a consulting environment.
•Proven ability to work across global teams, influencing project contributors and stakeholders at all levels.
•Demonstrated experience with Waterfall and/or SCRUM methodologies.
