Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts across Kyiv, Lviv, and Warsaw to drive conversions and optimize performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Design marketing funnels and landing pages to optimize conversion.
•Create user flows on target pages and validate by running A/B tests.
•Generate hypotheses and test them against large-scale experimentation to improve funnel performance.
•Analyze direct and indirect competitor funnels and user behavior using internal analytics tools.
•Collaborate closely with designers, developers and analysts to deliver impactful UX solutions.
