Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage vendors and ensure development and adherence to data center best practices.
  • •Plan and execute hardware installations and changes in the data center.
  • •Provide technical assistance during internal and customer calls; support hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • •Maintain and audit hardware inventory and the CMDB for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Investigate and implement new hardware technologies, analyze trends for continuous improvement, and escalate incidents to upper management.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Preferred: Associate degree in IT and 2 years of experience.
  • •Desirable certifications: CCNA and/or A+.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • •Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
