•Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to drive sales.
•Exceed individual and store sales goals and drive performance against KPIs.
•Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain efficient store operations.
•Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy violations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 68,000 - 85,000
