Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the design team to understand design specifications.
  • •Generate test plans and develop test/characterization programs and ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data.
  • •Analyze silicon results to support failure analysis and perform statistical yield/failure analysis to optimize test time.
  • •Collaborate with production to release products to volume production and define/implement test strategy for new DCDC converter products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Systems, or related engineering.
  • •3+ years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
  • •ATE development experience on ETS364 and ETS800 platforms.
  • •Characterization test program and hardware development experience, including production test program and hardware development.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices/circuits and analog test techniques, with experience using lab equipment (scopes, power supplies, sourcemeters, loads).
