Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using standard configuration, Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flow, and related technologies.
  • •Collaborate with developers to support user story development, perform peer testing, debug issues, and tune performance for sprint goals.
  • •Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to refine and estimate user stories, and participate in code reviews for best practices and governance.
  • •Manage enhancement requests and automation initiatives while minimizing technical debt through best practices.
  • •Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (REST APIs, event-driven architectures, SSO, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, Canvas Apps) and work with DevOps for CI/CD deployments across QA, pre-prod, and production orgs; maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •8–10 years of total IT experience, including at least 5 years hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flow) and at least 2 years serving as a Salesforce Development Lead.
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, standard/custom objects, and security/sharing models.
  • •Proven experience building and managing Sales Cloud, and building and managing Experience Cloud sites.
  • •Experience and/or preference for Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
