Job Summary

Build and modernize full-stack, production-grade applications for an end-to-end digital aircraft maintenance product suite. •Build full-stack, production-grade applications including frontend interfaces, backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and complex enterprise integrations.
•Write and review clean, testable code across multiple languages and paradigms.
•Design and implement event-driven and microservices architectures that scale and are maintainable by other teams.
•Integrate AI/ML/LLM capabilities into client applications, including agentic workflows and RAG pipelines, for reliable production outcomes.
•Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and delivery infrastructure while mentoring developers through pairing and real-time feedback.

Salary: CAD 74,000 - 132,000

•2+ years of professional experience across the software lifecycle (requirements, design, coding, testing, integrations, deployments, and production support).
•2+ years of proven full-stack web development experience.
•2+ years using Agile in a collaborative environment with structured code review and automated DevOps processes/tooling.
•Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, MongoDB) including data modeling, querying, and integration.
•Must be legally able to work in Canada and be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
