Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple KYC Team Leads and analyst teams to deliver high-quality customer due diligence and meet operational metrics.
  • •Lead by example and drive a customer-focused mindset, promoting ownership, accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
  • •Coach and develop KYC Team Leads, run career check-ins, and support decisions on promotions and salary raises.
  • •Identify and propose process improvements to increase automation and operational efficiency, including refining standard operating procedures.
  • •Measure group KPIs, run regular 1:1 coaching, act as the key escalation point, and generate performance reports with corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Operations (preferably CDD/EDD/AML or Risk Assessment).
  • •1+ year of experience in KYC/AML and Financial Compliance, with strong understanding of the KYC/AML regulatory framework.
  • •2+ years of leading medium to large teams (20 to 60 employees).
  • •Ability to identify gaps in policies and processes and provide detailed feedback through established channels.
  • •Ability to analyze team metrics and operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong communication and organization.
