Key Responsibilities

•Lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception through implementation in Dubai.
•Manage complex, multi-workstream builds with structure and pace while maintaining client confidence.
•Drive delivery across discovery, strategy, UX, creative design, front end and website development.
•Oversee QA, deployment, and ongoing maintenance for large-scale web/platform initiatives.
•Help shape how digital projects are delivered in the Kingdom as the team grows in Dubai.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of client-facing digital project management experience, ideally using agile methodologies.
•2+ years of agency or consultancy experience (5+ preferred).
•Track record managing large-scale website or platform projects, including discovery, strategy, UX, creative design, front end and website development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
•Exposure to digital marketing platforms such as Sitecore or Salesforce.
•Comfort working in Jira/Confluence, with an appetite for earning (or building on) a SCRUM certification.
