Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-end ownership of the cluster applications, ensuring delivery and URF for the stream
  • •Maintain stability and troubleshoot critical issues across applications; ensure project milestones are met within budget and timeline
  • •Engage with architecture and ensure non-functional requirements and documentation are upheld
  • •Drive root cause analyses and present findings to service management, ensuring value, adherence to standards, and risk management
  • •Lead technology deliveries for the cluster, implementing LEAN practices, and coordinating with business, operations, and architecture

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML and GenAI solution design and delivery
  • •Expertise in RAG architectures, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and guardrails
  • •Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and multi‑agent systems
  • •MLFlow, CI/CD pipelines, AIOps, Azure DevOps; Docker, Kubernetes / AKS; Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory
  • •Python, PySpark, SQL, REST APIs; FastAPI, Flask, Django, Gradio
