Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical wiring assembly of switchboards or panelboards using manufacturing information such as front views, bill of materials, and wiring diagrams.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety policies and perform 5S duties, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • •Reference guidelines to understand power flow and wire equipment in accordance with regulations.
  • •Maintain job progress, communicate problem areas or part shortages, and cross-train/stand in for other employees or functions when needed.
  • •Support quality by performing visual inspections, identifying nonconforming parts, troubleshooting wiring errors, and completing root cause analysis and process improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year wiring experience.

  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Sumter, SC will be considered.
