Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end video production, from scripting and scheduling to filming, editing, and publishing.
  • •Create visual content for installer trainings, leadership updates, competition/event recaps, charitable programs, and recruiting/communications.
  • •Capture professional photography for leadership events, swag programs, recruiting, and internal communications.
  • •Produce and distribute the weekly Field Ops podcast and amplify stories from Field & Supply Chain through engaging visuals and motion.
  • •Plan and distribute internal communications across email, Microsoft Teams, and the intranet, maintaining content and recommending improvements based on trends and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or video production (corporate or agency background preferred).
  • •High proficiency in video production (camera setup, filming, editing, publishing) using tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
  • •Experience supporting town halls, all hands, team calls, or field-facing meetings/events.
  • •An associate degree or equivalent experience in communications, media, video production, or related fields; provide a portfolio/demo reel/work samples.
